Detect moved blocks
After normalising, when n difference blocks have been isolated, if it looks as if a block has been moved, compare the difference regions themselves on the two sides.
Then show the differences between the before move and after move blocks.
This is differencing applied to some of the results of the (normal) first phase.
It would be really valuable if stuff has just been moved around but there are no real differences other than that.
