If the difference between two files is an added for loop (so file A has the top for loop only and file B has both), Diffnow will report that the changes starts from the } in the first for loop and ends before the } in the second for loop, which doesn't look nice. Could you please change it so that the change is recognised as beginning from the second for and includes the bottom bracket. Thanks :)

b[i] = i;
}
for(i=0;i<2*N;i++) {
x = rand()%N;
y = rand()%N;
temp = b[x];
b[x] = b[y];
b[y] = temp;

Unfortunately, this would be too difficult to implement.
