1 voteYou can always cancel subscription via the DiffNow user menu, or refuse paying the invoice, at which point your subscription will also expire. Unfortunately, we cannot refund subscription fees.

There are a few times when I compared texts and the background is black and I couldn't see any text on it....

The only thing I wish I had was the ability to compare files larger than 2000 lines. For that feature alone I would happily pay $10 for,
especially in gratitude for your work.
Using as an example, 'FreeMake Video Downloader', $9.95 USD was all it cost me to increase the download-limit from 4MB/second to 'unlimited'-- one-time cost-- no annual fee. When I saw that price, I immediately pulled out my debit card. Likewise, I would do the same for you. $10? Happy to donate... and not have worry about what year this is, so…1 voteYou can already buy a one-month subscription for $2.99 and cancel it later on once you feel that you won’t need to use premium features anymore.

Program used to work like a charm
Now it gets stuck at the comparing text fragment screen and then fails every time. :-(

Am daily using this diifnow tool,but from last 2 dayz i cant able to use fileupload,it shows error as.
"Please upload files before comparing them."
Can you please look into it.1 voteThThe issue has been fixed.e problem seems to be limited to Chrome and Opera. Looking into this.

First I registered, then after choosing 2 PDF files, the COMPARE button never activated. Program did not work. Any ideas?

Scrolling speed
The mouse wheel randomly changed one day and now is useless. When I attempt to scroll using the mouse wheel, A full turn moves the results about a quarter of an inch instead of a page or more. It is only on your website, and I use your site several times a day, 5 times a week. No other sites have this issue, and scrolling works fine on any other site.
