Make the comparison boxes bigger
By comparison boxes, I mean the area where you can see the contents of the two files side by side. Make the combined width equal to the window width.
And/or have a fullscreen viewing mode.

for pdf-files this limitation is just bad

This should be enough to support the vast majority of PDFs.

Ignore line numbers of text selection and copy
I've just completed a diff and I'm wanting to copy them from the diff view and paste them in my original, local docs.
Because of the line numbers I can't select blocks and paste them without a lot of post-editing...

Not having delete/rename of saved reports is a problem though...

Save default settings
While comparing, provide option to use already saved profile for comparison. This can include type of file compare, settings of compare.

JSON comparer
What is the reason to compare JSON like simple text? In first JSON I have

Not sure what "The system cannot find the file specified" means when I am comparing plain text via js.

Raise the Upload cap to 1 MB?
Raising the file size cap to 1 MB would allow me a lot more freedom and save me some time. Otherwise everything is great.
3 votesThank you for your feedback – the upload cap has been raised to 1 MB. Bear in mind, however, that comparison of 1 MB files may take up to a minute or so to process and render.

Add labels to fragment
Make it possible to add a label so you can distinguish the two fragments. Mostly i am comparing texts which contain only a few minor changes. Sometimes i forget which one is my old or new version.
